A lifelong resident of the Washington, D.C. area, Mr. Bouquet began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable James S. McAuliffe, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. Before joining the firm as a partner in 2010, he was a partner at a Washington, D.C. law firm and later operated his own practice in Bethesda, Maryland.
