Heather Sweren Wins Important Case Before the Court of Special Appeals

Congratulations to Heather Sweren, Esquire, for her win before the Court of Special Appeals in an important case on dissipation and valuation! The Court of Special Appeals affirmed the ruling of the Montgomery County Circuit Court in Juvenal Goicochea v. Rosa Goicochea. This case was tried in the Circuit Court and briefed and argued in the Court of Special Appeals by Heather Sweren. This case affirmed the husband’s dissipation of marital funds on his paramour over a period of more than 15 years, as well as the valuation of the husband’s interest in his medical practice and surgery center.
